Dorota is the head of the applied statistical modeling research group at Saarland University. Her main research interests include topics such as recovery, burnout, rumination, perfectionism, and the evaluation of interventions using experience sampling designs. 

In the RTG, Dorota is the principal investigator of project B1 and the secondary supervisor of project F1.
